[PP]Smasher has been acting volatile against me (threatening me, attacking me, trying to claim my co-owned business as his, murdering me, getting me in trouble)
Demands: A (at least)1 month restraining order, for a distance long enough to be out of any weapons range.

As the federal agent that investigated the case, I would like to say that:
A. he didnt murder you, or even shoot, he just had his weapon out (isnt good too).
B. You were shooting at him instead of calling cops and waiting for them to regain your property,
thats why you were both found guilty, He for raiding you, and you for shooting and taking the law
to your own hands.
