Installing the 0.3c Error.

Ok my game stopped working so i reinstalled it and every time I try to install it this is what happens, btw re-installing does not work as I have tried it about 2-3 times.
Error opening file for writing:
c:/windows/system32/d3dx9_25.dll

Click Abort to stop the installation
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

Please help.

4th time trying that, still nothing changed. I copy it in there and do "Copy and Replace" but nothing changes.

I don't have any other ideas, try uninstalling San Andreas, clean everything related to it, reinstall it and try installing sa-mp again
