I agree with you on this one, just what came in my mind also.

If the person who flies the Hydra/Hunter get shot they are allowed to shoot back.

Hell yeah. And trust me there are very strict regulations to allow hydra/ hunter usage. Leakage of such informations will cause serious abuse opportunity for evading criminals. Obviously that causes moan always... but that's the way it was always rolling. If you find shooting by hydra/hunter as any form of abuse towards you, just try here: http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=52.0, using /report to admins in this particular situation is pointless(as long as he's not just blasting everything moving around) cause as far as i know not many of them know hydra/ hunter regulations.

How is people supposed to know when they are abused with such a delicate thing if they don't know the rules? I demand that everyone gets to know the rules stated by the SAPD as I already stated the FBI's ones. I will make this a court order if needed.

I can't remember having any real issues with suspects complaining when I had HH rights.
It comes to mind when I called it out because Salmonella and his friend was in a Dodo, as I got behind him I noticed they were drive-bying me, so then our dogfight began. He flew in between the trees in Whetstone, I couldn't get a lock-on because the trees kept taking the lock off. I was holding back, but that was because it was so much fun, in the end I crashed into one of the trees and Salmonella had won. I didn't care about winning or losing, I was having a blast, both literally and figuratively.

However nowadays it feels like even the slightest thing will get it called out and they HAVE to win as FAST as possible. It comes to mind when the FBI has used it to blow up, at the very least, twenty people at Grove Street, including two cops(Me and Drix). I don't think there was any suspects there, but appearantly it was a "riot", which allowed them to murder everyone there.

I think a court order is in need to force the regulations of the Heavy Air Rights - if anything I would of expected FBI to not release the regulations however they did! SAPD please share these with us as it's not just "Criminals" who'd like to know them!

I remember the funny moment (for me anyway) when a certain SAPD Command Staff member broke regulations, so my brother aimed his weapon at them...they then got a hydra, suspected him for aiming at SAPD Command Staff, chased him down the road when he was in a car, and then copbanned him.
There needs to be more regulations, absolutely supported.

SAPD will not reavile any Heavy air regulations/rules unless cleared by a discussion between Community leaders+ / Chiefs.
They are strict since ever implemented by our old APRD Commissioner ([R*]CBFasi). You cannot demand something that is stricted...

President Gandalf himself has approved the regulations/rules with the use of the heavy air. So has FBI, i don't know why FBI has reaviled such regulations/rules because it's also stricted as far as I'm concerned.

I am currently working on re-writing the rules so that everything is covered and clear, when that comes I will also be publishing rules for the police. These will be as they are now but clearly stated.

Amongst this will be a clear server rule for heavy air usage; I do not mind the SAPD keeping secrets but server rules will be known to everyone regardless of the SAPD's internal confidentiality policies. I will create this rule based upon what I already know and common sense, taking into account the essential aspect of game balance.

If the SAPD wants their own procedures taken into account, someone from their command should make contact with me. If no one does this I will make and publish a rule without consultation which may differ from the current procedures.

Yeah, I agree...I don't see why regulations for Hunters/Hydras should be confidential anyway...its basically saying "We can do what we want as long as other SAPD Command doesn't mind", as there's nothing we can do about it, as we always get told that we don't know the regulations.
