Group Relation Changed: Business As Usual

As suspected, The Luciano Family has exhibited Honor and is deserving of Nomad Respect in keeping their end of the cease fire agreement. Close to a week has passed with no incident, and Nomads have been able to safely and successfully make business deals with members of the Luciano Family. Thusly, I am proud to announce the stance change from Cease Fire - Neutral Stance to Respected Friends - Business As Usual.

The Nomads of Carson look forward to a long and healthy business relationship with the Luciano Family!
