Actually what I do when I`m stranded with no car, I look for a state car, if there is a car that I`m not sure about of being a state car, I get in and check, If it is owned by someone I just get out and look further, coz I don`t want to create inconvenience for others.

I think there should not be the automaic carlock... What is better than seeing "Gunz online, letz get his choppa fast" or "Oh god Icy is online, letz steal his turzimo fastzz0r" Also seeing someone stole your car and trying to catch him, or calling police for your stolen car, it always makes the game funnier. I dont know why the hell would you like to make the mod more boring.   :poke:

taking someone's car if it was unlocked is not counted as a car theft, unless the guy roleplayed it, or unless he agrees to roleplay with cops that he did jack the car. If people drive your car, you can't do nothing about it unless he took it just to annoy you. Trying taking it back 'disrupts their gameplay', thus it's not allowed...at least it's that way on SAMP, dunno if you guys wanna make another regulations for it.

Carlocks will be added in the way thats best for server and that was not automatic Carlock so you just gonna live with to lock your 20cars if you own that much cars. however its your own problem couse of the fact you can own 3 - 4 cars and be happy couse you dont use more so stop complain and start Use the cars like the are supposed to be used dont just collect them as trophies
