Oh boy, I'm not fired, its not your company at any reason. It was planned by me, I founded it and the case isn't closed yet, its still under discussion and I dont mix economical stuffs with other stuffs.

Just a note that Dillimore Police Department refuses to comply with this forced rule and we will be staging various skirmishes against this invalid rule. Without our backing, your claim to our land is failed.
I advise very strongly that you reconsider this entire thing before DPD needs to add a new section besides 'Mexicans' to our chopped heads room...

I will make this clear as I can.

The SAPD, DPD Command Staff, DPD sheriffs and deputies can NOT do anything against these person(s) who are roleplaying a mayor of a town. There is no crime that is being committed.  Should I see anyone attempting to accuse such members of this roleplay a criminal, or in anyway take action against them for a crime they are not committing I will personally deal with you my self.

To those questioning. This is 100% legal to do. In this situation there is no laws being broken. There have been other attempts where people have attempted to claim land and enforce or remove Argonath State Laws, at this point so such violation has occurred. 

This land is exclusive property of the federal government of Argonath.  These men are not in any way official members of that government. However, this does not restrict the aspect of creativity.

To any citizen(s), or members of the RP head's if you are in anyway taken action against by a member of the SAPD. I would strongly recommend you contact me, I will aid you in taking heavy legal action against those who think they know the laws.

To any SAPD member who attempts to think this is illegal. Its not. Quite simply not illegal. Now go drink your whiskey and calm down.

To anyone else, enjoy!

If you're roleplaying that, surely we have the right to roleplay a rogue police department that isn't going to accept some mayor trying to take control of our town? Eat some concrete and harden up, this is the reality and I have instructed my officers to arrest anyone trying to enforce any rule upon Dillimore.

You really think that an FBI Cadet, Assistant Judge and "family lawyer" is going to scare Dillimore Police Department? Think again buddy.  I don't care if you and your little assistant judge law books think it's illegal, this is Dillimore and we are the formal force protecting the town and if we deem this mayoral system to be invalid, unfair and in breach of our values then we have every right to ensure that action is taken and nothing you can do will stop us. If you decide to take any legal action against DPD or SAPD over any actions they may do, I strongly encourage you to bring the case against myself and myself only as I am the one who is permitting the action.
Good luck with whatever path you take to try and make this stop buddy. I guarantee you, you can't win.

You do have the right to role-play as you like within the confines of the server rules, you do not have the right to unreasonably disrupt another player's game.

So to be clear, if another player moves to Dillimore and begins role-playing a mayor, has his friends join him, and invites other players to participate in Dillimore related events in a fully legal way, and then you unreasonably disrupt those players by forcing your own 'corrupt' style of police role-play onto them, to the detriment of their game, that will be considered griefing.

This will be handled in any way we see fit.

Who's to say that the constitution forbids it? I have not suspected anyone of any false reason, nor do I intend on doing so; in the absence of a clear and concise statement in the Constitution regarding whether or not it is legal for a person or a group of persons to set up a government with no prior approval, I will be instructing my officers to take action against anyone claiming any authority over any land that is currently looked after by Dillimore Police Department.
If I wasn't doing my job correctly, do you think I would still have it? Do you think I would still be in the SAPD after four years? I think not...
Of course I'm over reacting, I'm the most insane person you'll ever come across, and it's just your bad luck that it had to be you who has got me all fired up. I expect him to enjoy the RP that DPD gives him in return, if he expects us to enjoy his RP.
