Oookaaayy,i need to beg to you guys for info again...
Putted on 1 GB RAM and 1GB video,with the same,2.66 GHz processor,windows XP SP3.
I'll luv u if u tell me it will work at around 10-15 FPS

It should run on low settings, if you are going to try run it, I would suggest taking a look at This topic I have posted on increasing FPS and reducing lag in GTA IV.

Not sure if there is one. Only thing i can suggest is to check the minimum and recommended requirements for games and base estimations around that as well as youtube videos. However both aren't 100% reliable. The site Paul suggested shows the minimum and recommended requirements too i believe.

Anyway,the police in GTA:IV is stuuupiiidd!They can't catch me with bagagge and they always suspect me at the airport ;(
This means i run it yeeeahhhaaaayyy!But i had to delete it because my Hard drive is small ;(
