Re-formed [VCR]

We are the VCR and it stands for Vice City Racers.We are starting the gang up again because all of our members went away.

i got car club undergroud-society and its a good carclub but we dont have tags but thats not a problem

we can maybe make meeting with VCRand underground-society.

its just an idea waht do you think?
