When was the last time you saw a Noose on the server? It makes me angry when people talk theory, not facts..

Always, first begin from yourself.. and always, first learn about the thing you want to discuss and than start the "poll".

The facts?! Hmm, Kerb, 20, Gunz, Ghost and Hawk are pretty active.. and you, what about you? I saw you yesterday I think, and that was after long break, isn't it? And, if I understand well, you don't really know who is in noose units, you're just assuming that they are not active because you don't see Annihilator flying around? For the HPD traning, as you don't know, every cop ( Officer, not free cop ) needs to know police procedures and laws ( At least to basics one ). Without that, it can't be an officer. Same thing would be for HPD.. 

Then cops should improve their driving skills since that's the most important thing on a chase. Most of times I see cops smashing their cars like Police Academy and laughing at that . . 

True.. and, beside that.. if I noticed well, a lot of "runners", players with supercars, don't really know how to control their car. They buy it just because they can speed around in it and show off to other players. But when it comes to driving it... hmm, yes, they can get away from us at the first highway.. but, as Martin said, when they come to the end of it, and do some cornering, we can catch up to them pretty soon. And then it's easy.. let the numbers do the talking ( 1 suspect, 4,5 police cruisers )

I was not around for a week, but I would never ever EVER call them active. Not these days that is.

1 Factor is ignored in these discussions, is what time we talking about? when we have 1 runner on server? or 3+? if 1? then sure, when you dead bored, you 5 will go against 1 runner to chase him to 3rd city, back to 1st, back to 3rd.. i doubt this RHL will increase.. end of road? never.. use next parallel road..

but what if you have 3 criminals at once, and 1 is in 3rd city? Please tell me.. will LCPD chase him? or ignore him and leave him last?

The fact is you don't need NOOSE (SWAT) to catch a suspect for "evading" . . which is the most common reason.

Thats what Im talking about... Thats why i see a need for HPD. I dont know LCPD theorys behind the game. All i see is reality, whats going on in the game. Im not a politician, im a player.

Shouldnt you leave the idea's for LCPD, NOOSE, or FBI then? Since your not a politican, but a player?
