CLEO problems

Now, I've got CLEO to work in the past, butI have no clue what I did. I'm running Vista x64.

When installing, it says:

/CLEO/FileSystemOperations.cleo
/CLEO/Inifiles.cleo
/CLEO/intoperations.cleo

/data/sa/sascm.ini

I know what you're thinking, but I'm pretty sure it's worked before with all these errors. Any help would be highly appreciated, thank you.

have you installed TXDHack and changed the folder settings?
if yes then that might be the problem

Seems like faulty download. Completely uninstall CLEO, try to download again and run as administrator.

Download from official site, http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/, make sure to pick CLEO 4 Library (for GTA San Andreas, if you have problems on SA).

Running as admin didn't do anything, downsloads seem to all be correct, I just don't know
