If you have a HDD of decent size which you are pleased of, one you currently use - re-use it into the new PC as due to the floods in Thailand and its region, the prices of hard drives have raised with over 200 percent. Otherwise, here is what I would suggest - prices gathered from Mindfactory.de

Kingston DDR3 1333MHz CL9 4GB - 15EUR
XFX Core Edition Pro 550W - 59EUR
Intel i3-2100 3.10GHz LGA1155 - 108EUR
Asus P8H61-M (LX) LGA 1155 - 45EUR
Sapphire Radeon HD6850 1GB - 114EUR
Hitachi Dekstar 5K1000 500GB - 80EUR (*optional, save up to 80EUR by using old HDD, spending the saved money for a Windows 7 Home Premium)
+ a case of your choice
Total: ~ 420EUR, plus:
+ a case
+ a Windows 7 if you choose to buy new HDD instead of using old one
+ any DVD+-RW drive, costs ~20EUR

That is quite the best you can get for the money atm, even though the processor is a dual core (but still as powerful as AMD's representive quad-core), the GPU is sufficient enough to play newest games on high/medium settings and good FPS. The power supply I listed is reliable and cheap, one of the best you can buy on the market at the very moment. You may wonder why not to buy the equilevant price setup you posted above? Well, with those you posted, like with all pre-built PCs from general stores etc: The CPU is far too powerful compare to others, so in gaming your processor has nothing to do while the GPU of the setup is struggling to even run GTA SA smootly. Plus building your PC is easy as whistling, as long as you follow the manuals as you are a first-timer. Otherwise, you can't fail and you'll save up to 250EUR from your budget.

:ps: I build gaming PCs and rigs for a living, so trust me. ;)

Well with that budget you won't be buying entire set, unless you buy a mITX PC with integrated graphics.. or unless you buy everything second-handed.
Either that, or my advice, save up more money and buy them from the after-Christmas sales. :D

Here's an example of what I'd do with 500 euros.

:alert" I've left out the hard drive because nobody in their right mind would buy a hard drive at the moment. The prices are crazy because of the floods in Thailand. 1tb in the UK at the moment is 80-100 GBP 8 months ago I paid 40 GBP for my 1tb Samsung Spinpoint F3.

Case 25.95 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Master-Elite-Tower-Case/dp/B001H1DB1Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323509691&sr=1-1
Board 36.99 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-M5A78L-M-LX-Motherboard-Unlocker/dp/B004ZOH1I6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1323509540&sr=8-2
CPU 89.89 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-Bulldozer-FX-4100-Socket-Processor/dp/B005UBNL0A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1323509648&sr=8-1
PSU 49.99 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMPSU-600CXV2UK-Builder-Power-Supply/dp/B0050AFU46/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323509753&sr=1-3
4GB RAM 15.70 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMX4GX3M1A1333C9-XMS3-Desktop-Memory/dp/B003ZDJ42O/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323509918&sr=1-1
DVD 14.57 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-GH22NS50-AUAA-SATA-DVDRW-Drive/dp/B002IST634/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323509955&sr=1-1+
GPU 96.99 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nvidia-GTX550Ti-192-Bit-Ready-Graphics/dp/B004S5CCP4/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323510155&sr=1-4
OR
GPU 71.78 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-Radeon-Graphics-PCI-Express-Dust-proof/dp/B004XANO24/ref=sr_1_13?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323510155&sr=1-13

Monitor 62.53 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/BENQ-G925HDA-18-5-WideScreen-Monitor/dp/B003FZOFSU/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323510038&sr=1-3
Mouse/keyboard 17.99 GBP: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-Wireless-Desktop-Keyboard-Mouse/dp/B0041SKBGU/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1323510082&sr=1-4

Total in euros: 480
OR 450 if you go with the cheaper GPU.
Not inc hard drive.

Obviously if you want the FX6100 then thats another good option and I have the FX8150 and it's amazing.

Every stuff posted by me, its from Ebay ... This PC is a ad from PC Shop, but since they are updating their site, all pc's, ad's are going over Ebay.

Every Part. (PC, Monitor, Keyboard and mouse) Are from different shops but over Ebay.

And important for me aswell is that its Free Delivery.

Appriciated for every tips, but for example, when i gona buy it from UK i gona pay for delivery. and when i have copied names from Amazon UK to Amazon.de (exactly same parts i was over 600Euro idk why...)

Next week i gona get money, then i gona think harder about it. Gona let u know if i'll decide/or will need some more tips (Ofc i gona overview aswell your tips)

 :ps: Added third set

Speakers are easy, live with cheap headset for a while, keyboard and mouse are dead cheap.

If I was building my PC knowing what I knew now, I'd get an AMD Phenom II 555 x2 and have a go at unlocking the other two cores to make it a quad core.

You see, the 555 x2 is based on a quadcore microprocessor thing, and basically they have disabled two of he cores, and sell it for cheaper.

However, success rate at doing this I believe is not 100 percent, I'd take the risk, don't know if you would, and I wouldn't want to recommend it, in case it did not work.
