Investing 50 euros in upgrading your current PC wouldn't yield significant results given that the 'Sempron' range was AMD's value series of processors 6 years ago. If you're set on making your PC a little more playable but do not have a lot of disposable cash, I would spend no more than 5 euros on an extra 512MB ram module and it should feel a little more responsive.
Save up and buy a new/used PC.

Dunno about the UK, but at least in Poland for some weird reason DDR1 RAM costs more than DDR2 or DDR3

Yup, DDR3 RAM in England is Cheaper than DDR2, DDR2 is cheaper than DDR.

Think about it like this, if more RAM is made, it's cheaper, but because DDR is now outdated by two generations it's more expensive, as less is made.

As Julio said but obsolete sizes such as 512mb sticks sell for peanuts.

I wasn't thinking about changing them... i was thinking about two PCs with those graphic cards so i wanned to know who is better...

As rid said, trying to upgrade your PC is not worth the trouble or money.
PC components are often priced (RAM especially) due to their demand, the more demand the lower prices.
The problem with buying low-end and old components is that they have no demand for them, meaning they are just as expensive as the latest components on the market.

So my advice is to start saving up some money and then buying a decent PC later on.
