Board/Feature Visibility Bug

Sorry for posting this here, but due to a separate, known bug regarding the Helpdesk visibility to people with editing rights on their own servers' Helpdesks, I'm unable to report this via the normal method.

Guest   06:01:05 pm   Nothing, or nothing you can see...

Fairly certain this should never pop up for a logged in user when there are no hidden users online. This usually only happens when a hidden user is online, but no hidden users were reported at the time I saw this. That leads me to believe that a specific forum board or feature is being hidden from logged in users which Guests/logged out users are able to see.

As for the topic itself, someone with rights and the ability to view the Website/Forum Helpdesk, please move this topic there so it can be correctly dealt with. Thanks

Bumping this as this wasn't completely fixed.

Only Guests still have access to this page, although now we can see the page's name in the Who Is Online listing:

Perhaps he was viewing an IV:MP board you do not have access to.

It's a known SMF bug. I guess you guys might want to suggest the idea in fixing the bug to SMF developers so perhaps they can possibly fix it. However to make you all aware, the guests are not viewing any confidential boards. It can be a cause where a guest is viewing a action - however usually that will show "Unknown Action".

For the Staff page, only guests may see it as it seems because of a accidental or could be purposely changed in the permissions.

First of all I usually wonder why people would even bother to check what others are doing.
Next, the text is a replacement of the earlier text ' Unknown action' which caused panic among forum administration on many SMF boards, and caused people like SugarD to ban loads of people viewing their profile....
There is no text that says ' hacking the forum'  so no need to get nervous.
Regarding staff page, permissions will be checked.

The bans I did on ARFD Forums were bots trying to use corrupted URL's to gain access to user accounts. They were trying to guess session ID's so they could log in as someone else. I haven't banned anyone for Unknown Actions. :P

Thank you. That was the only issue I saw when I bumped the topic. I remembered you mentioning not long ago that no one had bothered to tell you about it, but it seemed to have been forgotten later on, so I figured I should remind everyone.
