Please help me with bug.

Today I was in jail, didn't even go afk. I just waited. After 2 minutes, the game crashed. I logged back in, I wasn't in jail anymore.
I went to the exit, but it said: You can not exit the jail. I thought the 3 minutes weren't over yet.
After 5 minutes though, I thought: what the heck!
An officer helped me. He made me suspect and tried to jail me, but it said: You can not jail someone who is in jail. Going on duty also didn't work. Thawme neither. /kill doesn't either. I spawned 5000 feet high, but broke my fall with TAB. When I went in my house and wanted to exit: You can not exit jail. Every building is now jail! Can't go on duty because of jail!
I spoke to several admins already, they just teleported me. It does not help. When I enter a building the same problem appears.

Does this bug never happen to anyone? Anyone know how to solve this? Please help me.

PS: When I spawn, it's in SFPD jail(with jaildoor open).

Get a teleport out of the building and then /spawnreset.

Cutt3r, that looks like it works but it doesnt. I had it today. I asked MrMe to ajail me and he said: ur already in it. Then it said: Weapons restored blablabla. And the bug was over. So kinda like :O?

Yes, I see I got stuck in LSPD and I teleported myself outside and did /spawnreset but it didn't work.
But here is what DID work for me. After /spawnreset, when I relogged, I was back in "Commerce, Los Santos". So once you /spawnreset, attempt to relog. It may work for you too.
