On DM for weed, scamming, & various script abuse

Why not let the player have the sum which he won?

We have had instances wherein players mutually decide that one will scam the other on a secondary account(me and you enter into an agreement wherein I come in a secondary account, scam you many  millions and leave forever). Then a case is made to the manager by the guy who was 'scammed'. The scammer is of course, playing on his original account. Once the 'victim' gets the cash, he would share the spoils with the scammer.

Correct usage was stated in the opening post. Though to clarify it can be used with or without admins being online.

3. Spawnreset and helpmeup - spawn reset at/near a weed/heroin location is forbidden. This is abuse of the command. Same is the case with /helpmeup - abuse it and face the consequences. /helpmeup is to be used only if you are stuck in the ground due to some bug or stuck under a car in case of a carkiller(you can use it and report the guy).
My house is next to a heroin spot, does this mean I cant reset spawn at my house or am I permitted to?

I would like to know one thing. Since scamming in casinos can get you a ban and that managers decide on how much money they give you, does that mean that we in the court house cannot work on those cases? Because people are always demanding for more or the money they won, and the only thing I can do is just redirect them to a manager.

Casino scamming, i.e not paying the winnings, or /q'ing after taking the stake money, is against the server rules. As such the courts should not handle those cases or award any damages, in all cases they should be referred to a manager.

How i can protect my weed?

They aren't "new rules" actually they are all pretty much long standing.

Stealing some others's weed is allowed. It's up to you how to protect it. But do NOT DM for it, make a roleplay scenario for it. I will bring you few examples:

Randomguy1 approaches:

/em Renz0. appears to be 24 y/o, muscular, wearing Dodgers hoodie and a golden chain.
/l Hey dawg, got lost or somthin'?

Randomguy1 replies:

/l This is my weed u noob get lost or i kill u fagget

/l Renz0. says: Hey man, this ain't your business dawg, go to get another crop, this one is taken as ya can see.

Randonguy1 replies:

fagget i kill u leave now!!!!1!!!1!1!1!!!

Renz0. replies:

/l says: Man nigga, looks like you strapped on foo', got nothin' to do mayne just snitchin around, tryin' to snatch my crops?

Randomguy1 takes out combat shotgun, with no /me fuction, just start random shooting.

Renz0.'s movement is that:

* SVKRenz0 lifts up his hoodie, takes out his Glock .19 from behind his trousers, reloads it and squeezes the trigger multiple times. - Make sure you got it copied, so you dont need to write it down and get killed.

After Randomguy1 is dead, walk to his body, spit on him, make some gangsta shit rap, or say something regarding the situation, get your weed and beef out to another field.

In the scenario presented by hitmany there would only be two possible outcomes, either 'DMing' or bending over.

Now ofcourse, it all depends on how we define 'DMing', but there wouldn't be any other outcome then either killing him or bending over.

Deathmatch is a phrase, where player is attacking other player without reason, even without RP reason.
The exapmle which you did, in my opinion, is classified as DM, because there was no roleplay dialogue presented by both sides. If the attacker had RP reason, like they (attacker and defender) were beefing before, you have a RP reason, but you cannot return after death.
