Will GTA IV run with this spec?

I can play Arma 2 Reinforcement nearly smooth with this spec. How about GTA IV?

You've got to bare in mind that your hardware was released long before GTA IV. Low settings will of course help a tad how much i wouldn't like to continue guessing. You can check this topic out, http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=68637.0 will it help? I don't know. You can also view youtube for videos of people playing with similar specifications to obtain an idea as to how it may play with your actual system. Although the latter can be much less reliable.

i think released date doesn't matter at all. Arma 2 Reinforcement was released april 2011 and I can say it has the same graphics with gta iv with different physical look.

But GTA:IV engine is clusterfuck for most systems.

I dont belive you will be able to play GTA IV with that spec when checking the minimum requirement of GTA IV:

    Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
    Memory/RAM: 1GB for XP and 1.5GB for Vista
    Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 or 256MB ATI X1900
    Hard Disk Space: 16GB free
    Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1

Especially the CPU is not gonna be able to handle it.

If it runs I reckon it'll be on low.

I'm sure theres a topic which shows how to boost your FPS though :p
