Please Help Me

Im having an issue. Please help. I know Dino and Dell tried to help, so thank you. But im still having the same issue.

Yes, No Firewalls, No Security, Restarted router, pc, contacted isp, etc. I did everything i could and now im stuck. So if you could, please help me.

When this started to happen? have you had in the past this sort of problem?
Have you tryed to re-install?

Well, I just got a new computer and I just installed GTA IV (Yes, all patches) And then installed IVMP. And i reinstalled the game atleast 3 times already.

Did you follow this step?

Step 2:
Start your Grand Theft Auto IV. If you dont do this, you can reinstall your Grand Theft Auto IV, else it wont work again. When you start a new game, you are asked to log in to Windows Live. Do this. You will get a message if you want to install the newest patch. Install this patch. When you did this, your game will close and you will start with installing this patch.

If you did, maybe your I.P could be similar to a banned players I.P, this could be the problem. Tell me exactly what day you installed the game.

Firstly, make sure your game version is patched to 1.0.7 (im not questioning you have T3, right?)
If so, and still a problem, you might wanna check your firewalls, or internet security software.. They might be blocking some connections..

Maybe you gave it a "Limited Access" if you using something like Kaspersky or something..

You can try temporarely turning antivirus off, but be sure you do it properly and it is completly off.
Then try connecting.. if connection still wount be made.. your screwed..

Lazlow, I updated the game, installed T3, Same thing. And As it says above i have no firewall or internet security, etc. So, yeah, i guess by what you are sayying im screwed.

And I have the same IP almost every time i connect. Its not a static ip, its dynamic, but it stays around the same area.

maybe the port forwarding doesnt work any longer and u have to set it manually in the router ?!

Strangly enough, I left my computer alone for an hour and then i logged into the game no more than 5 minutes ago! Thank you guys for all your help. Even though it didn't work! Meh. Anyway, Thanks!
