I need help!! Kojak please help!

Hello everyone, I have a problem IG with my house. I was inactive around 20 - 25 days, and when I logged on, my house was bugged, the icon for house info wasnt appearing. Then I called Zaila and he said its somekind of bug and he will talk with Kojak as fast as possible. After somedays( maybe 2-3 days) the house was setted and someone owns it. But I still have the house in my invent, and my money arent back. All what I want is just justice and take back my house. Thanks in advance.

Yea now it is 962, but I am sure I didn't sell, or bought other house. and inventory shows 887. And yea my name is Emilio Falcone

Ok good. The bad news is the house was completely bugged and had to be removed, the good news is that you did own the property and may have it back.

Unfortunately we were unable to retrieve any information about the property prior to removal including that you were the owner, however now we know this we can set the property back up for you. Please let me know if you can be around tomorrow as you will need to be present for me to return it to you.

It seems you have a little work to do yourself there and may need some information from the logs. What I am able to provide will depend on exactly what it is you need as I will need to be sensitive to the privacy of other players involved.

Don't mention anything further about the case in this thread, instead please send me a forum PM telling me exactly what information you need to assist your case making sure you are very specific about dates and names. I will then assess your request and if it is appropriate for me to provide what you're asking for I will do so.

Same happened with me kojak, need to get in touch with gimli about the name database, seems to be an error after you /changename. The problem is gone now as I have /changedname again.

Sell it and buy it again Julio, im sure Kojak will refund you the 10%
