Argonath Forum application problem

My friend wants to make an account for the forums, BUT on one slight problem, he has waited many days for the activation email but it never gets sent, could the forum manager fix this please, many people may want to register also, i have also tried making a test account to see if the email gets sent to me but not him, but it didnt get sent, so I think its an application problem.
Id be grateful if it gets fixed, thanks

Send a forum PM to a webmaster and see if the can manually activate it for him.

Aragorn, Traser, Agent and CM Daniel. But Agent and Aragorn are both inactive, I would try Traser. But I think the community leaders can do the same, so try Kojak.
