Scamming in casinos outside of LV

I was just wondering, is it legal to get scammed in casinos outside of LV? Since they arent under the protection of admins like normal LV casinos, unless im wrong. Cause I got scammed before by 'Tommy_Collon' but im not gonna complain cause it was only 5k.
But uh, I was just wondering if scamming in casino's outside of LV is allowed.

There should be no casinos outside of LV.

  All the casino properties/interiors should be in LV. Casino interiors = any with any kind of casino game or table inside.

  If this is not the case, report the business ID to a property admin when ingame.

1. Casinos are allowed in LV only
2. When you play in casinos do not play with others as the casino staff. This has a good reason. Casino owners do not like when people not connected start playing, as they do not get a share of the profits. But the more important reason is that if casino staff scams you, the owner can lose his casino, so he will watch out that the staff plays honest.

Just wondering if u could get punished by admins for that, Yuri_Gvardia said its allowed because its not under protection by admins but im not sure I just wanna clear this up

Unforunately it's allowed to gamble outside casinos but we do warn players not to play outside so they can get scammed. It always happens that they get scammed outside casinos.

If it's regarding new players, you will be banned in any case if you attempt that.

Lets say that nobody should gamble with someone who wants to escape admin supervision, as the result is already clear.

The server rule says that there will be no scamming in legal deals, like property casino and all that, so scamming in a casino wont be legal, but if you make a tiny gambling place you can scam people IF you inform them that the deal is illegal and they can be scammed..

I hope you know how greedy players are. They do not care if the scammed person is getting hurt or is loosing anything. But they are just feeding on them to gain money and that's quite low.

I didnt ask if your allowed to scam so I could scam, i'm only curious because a few of my mates got scammed in places outside of LV via gambling ive tried telling him to only gamble in legal casinos, its real sad how greedy people are for digital cash.
