Today,after the upgrade was done I tryed to log in the server but I saw that my usually password doesn't works.
I reinstalled SA-MP and it still doesn't works.Someone please help me.

I expierence an issue as the people above. When I log into the game, I put my regular password and it is not letting me to log somewhy. I hope you will fix it.

The servers are just up temporarily now, after they will take them down they will go in to phase 2 of the operation, when it's done the server will go back as usual and the things will start to save again.

Reference:

The server will be up during the night until some time tomorrow morning. Any thing that hapens during that time will be lost, the server will be restored to the situation of 3PM today.
However the logs will be saved, and if you get banned you will stay banned.
