Stiven was born in a town called Los Santos, San Andreas. He went to a town called San Fierro while he was 16 years old. He is do anything in San Fierro to gain some money. 5 years have passed, now he has been a teenager. Finally he decided to return to Los Santos. After arrived in Los Santos, He saw Los Santos is not like before, Los Santos is different.   In Los Santos he met Albert Soprano. Albert trained him everything such as how is mafia life, how to shoot correctly. Finally Albert invited him to be a part of Sopranos.
