Shquips, sorry for the ban, I struggle with tolerating bullshit. I would've banned Gvardias also for it trust me. Anyway, it was too harsh, a tempban would've gotten the point across. I failed to recognize that Dennis contributed to the community and did not have punishments long before this one therefore it was removed. I'm posting this here for the sake of transparency between the administration and players. Again, my bad, I did not take all facts into consideration. (Pls don't think this means I won't act for future rulebreaks).

After having a conversation with Dennis and Rei about this situation that I had no idea about, I feel like saying that with all due my respect to you, you should control yourself and stay cold and fair during a situation. Bringing all the Gvardia members to surround Dennis and Cofi saying " It's going to be a great show", then you appearing with a red name is a total unfairness and abuse. Administrations should not be sided and clearly you were and still are.
First you punish Rei for something that is supposed to be a SAPD Abuse not a Server Rulebreak... (Total nonsense). Then you straight ban Dennis for his actions. Isn't it obvious yet? If you can't do your job properly at that time you could ask another admin to take over the situation, or to even bring it to HQ.

Now you're officially listed as a biased admin. Congratulations.
Beside this, I'm happy that you accepted your mistake.

In my opion, Dennis had to be community banned a long time ago, I don't believe someone else in this world, on this planet, ever recorded himself using aimbot TWICE. And I would rather have 10-15 legit playerbase instead of having 25 which probably half of them have been banned for illegal modifications so many times. And besides that, they're not giving anything to the server apart from deathmatch. The guy is literally waiting for everybody to log off so he could attack at least 1 member of the rival group just to feed his ego. You're just brainwashing everyone, including those newbies which choose to roll around with you, " /cbalert /q now " whenever the things dont go your way isn't a right thing. I'm really ashamed of having you guys as enemies. I really thought you will grow up in time but you're doing worse and worse.

I would like to remind the administrators that talking usually works better. When the staff team succeeds to create friendly environment where roleplay is on top of everything, there are going to be no fights. There is a lot of pressure and stress when you're on admin duty, just keep in mind that it will be more beneficial to make someone understand their mistake than punishing him frequently.

It's funny that can fit in Dennis after the two times he was banned after he sent out evidence to admins using aimbot. But wait, I'm not here to throw more firewood into fireplace, you guys are just talking and judging someone who did shit and had the balls to apoligize. I won't lie, I did my mistakes in past and maybe I'll do more because I'm not perfect nor the one who can judge someone (and what I do, it's just for fun instead living a game made since 2004). Everyone should look to the mirror and see his mistakes. Stop with the bullshit, none is showing who's the good/bad guy, you're just trying to get an award for the best retarded in-game.
We all know the truth, we don't play around this server for just 2 days. We know who have intentions to DM, who like to RP, who use cheats, who provoke, who tilt... we know everyone because we care to know. When I do a hate speech against you, doesn't mean I want you guys banned, doesn't mean I want you guys fucked up. I just want to get you horny and come after us, to make more fun my game.
To finish this, I just want to stop the fucking hunt. You guys just enter the game when you're outnumbered (talking to Sopranos and Gvardia).
