Allot of people on it, i think that we need an update/upgrade, let's make it to 400/400?

HUNDRED DOLLARS, this server would need more than 100 dollar for more slots, new scripts also.

I don't know if you're regular or not, but I'm here since 1 year and half and it's probably the 4th or 5th time I see the server is full .. so I guess it would be a waste of money to increase the slot capacity towards the ammount of plzyer on a whole year.

Some factors as to why we may be reaching the 200 mark. Admin applications they have been recently closed many players are excited about the potential promotion so that spurs people on to playing. Owners have recently been online and that too spurs people on to play more. Or quite simply we have become a little more popular once again.

Whatever the reason 400 slots is quite an extreme choice to have at the current time. If the server were to max out at 200 or very close to that consistently and if the owners had enough of their own money along with donations to pay for more slots you never know this may be something they will consider.

You're right about some things you said, but as far as i can see it, Argonath is becoming more and more popular every single day

Maybe, but what if Argonath supports more slots, i don't think that they will be empty at all
People come to Argonath, and i don't see anyone leaving it yet

Just wait some weeks or even some days and I'm fairly sure you will be able to connect on first attempt .. it's just a crowded period.

I belive there is another problem that every spot if filled. Today, my client was showing me 177 players online but when i tried to connect, it said that the server was full. Took me 3 tries to be able to join the server.

I'm believing that to be an SA-MP issue possibly coupled with the recent lag spurts as yesterday it was stuck at 183.

We don't need more slots, we need better host to stop the awful lag.

Updating slots is not a problem, thanks to our way of hosting we can add more without extra cost.
However scripts do need to be adapted to the higher player count. If it is a structural thing, expect slots to be added soon.

In that case lets go the whole hog and use the maximum of 800 slots
