I am against it, but it is up to you Merc.
Today i played as officer, i caught him down and he surrendered.
I wanted to bring him to LSPD, then he jumped off and tried to escape. I reported him and ran after him.
A car stopped next to him, he killed me and drove away.
If he promises that he learned his lesson and that he will not do it again, he could join (my opinion)
