No, he didn't pay for it. I can give you ENB similar as Fernando's one, but the one which Fernando uses it's edited by me , so I am not gonna release it now.

Well.. I tried fixing my ENB settings and now when i do Shift+F12 it doesn't start up. Guess i fucked it up.

Announce :

From now on, everything will start from ZERO.
What I mean with everything will start from ZERO ?

Ragged members will keep their ranks, nothing changes on them.

-We'll reset members on our CB channel ( We'll create a new CB channel ).
-Black MOB will appear today, with a new MODPACK.
-Everything will be done ICly. ( Without CB channel )
-CB channel will be an OOC radio.

Go down to "SA Settings" you'll find a list of ENB settings provided, aswell as preview images on some.
Also you can find various effect shaders, vegetation mods and textures.
