Step one: Citizens
San Andreas, filled with many different types of citizens and businesses , welcomes you, we hope you inhabit here, buying a house (/buyhouse) and a car (/buycar), even a business if you’re successful (/buybiz).
In order for the City to run, it needs many citizens, this is where your presence is needed. Vice City runs on many things, legitimate jobs and businesses , but things get deeper: drugs, robberies, bent cops, illegal trade and immigrants and even hired killers.
When you get here, you immediately choose your role in society, whether applying to work on the police force or run your own business, make sure you make the right choice. Here you’ll find instances of the different types of citizens in Vice City.
Jobs
There are many opportunities for jobs in and around San Andreas. If you feel that you are a model citizen, you may feel like applying to be on the police force , run your own business or look for a job at a local business if you’re strapped for cash. Things could turn the other way for you, you could become a robber , stealing shops and homes, ATM’s and even the bank.
You could end up in the drugs trade, becoming a drug baron, a drug dealer, or become a drug user yourself. There is always illegal trade and immigration that could tickle your fancy, imports and exports, many of San Andreas’ products rely on import and export.
There is always murder, maybe you get a thrill from killing and you could make contact with other hired killers, becoming an assassin, making profits from other people’s misfortune.

Step three : Cops
Police Departments
There are 4 Police Departments: LSPD (Los Santos), SFPD (San Fiero), LVPD (Las Venturas) and Dillimore PD (country side). All cops can cooperate with the police radio (/R TEXT).
Police Department can take part in many events, as in builded-in missions on server, so in checking the registrations of citizens (/REGISTRATION ID), raids to the houses and clubs, investigations, escort for City Hall and businessmen.
The best succeeded work for cops - cooperation between each other and departments. In difficult cases, SAPD can ask for help Argonath Army. Police skins: all PD officers, SWAT, FBI, motorbike police.
Police Procedure
The SA Estate is full of crimes and criminals. All, who were reported about crimes, have orange color. To see, who are the wanted players, use TAB. Cops can use megaphone (/M TEXT). This function is abled only, if you are in a police car. To see, what is the crime of suspect, use /CRIME ID, that will give crime information about criminal.
If criminal surrendered, cops should stop shooting immidiately and take a criminal to the nearest police department. In a cells area use /JAIL ID 30-180, where 30 - is a minimum jail time (30 seconds) and 180 - maximum jailtime (180 seconds).
Police officers MUST first ask criminals to surrender to give them a chance to survive. Jailing the criminal brings double award amount then killing a criminal.
Missions
The main missions for police department are to stop the robberies, gta, illegal races. Every police officer will get information about the crimes that take part, as stolen vehicles, shops alarm, blocking the road. The best way - to cooperate with other officers, patrolling and partners teams. As server allows drive by, cops can shoot the criminals' cars to force them to stop.
Robbery mission: as soon as criminal will take a moneytill, police should stop him. When the criminal will be dead, cops should pick up the moneytill and bring back to the shop. Be careful, you can be attacked on your way back, so backup will be needed, as mission is not finished when you picked up the stolen money.
GTA mission: cops should stop the stolen car with the criminal inside. As soon as car stopped, cops are allowed to get in, to bring this car to the Police Department.
Streetrace
Busted street racers are payed very good. Each stopped racer brings to the officer 10.000$. Police will get information about roadblock. This roadblocks are setted on the track, that racers use.
A good cooperation, the SWAT backup can be very usefull. As soon as racer's car stopped by police, and officers surrounded it - the racer conciders as busted.
Racers can use a very fast cars to win, and that can be their problem. Do not forget also, that all police vehicles have more fuel tank, so cops do not need to refuel for a long time in chase.
Some cops Do Abuse commands, But if you teach them how to NOT Abuse the commands it will be less of it
Step Four: Missions
If you get a Mission, Do not Whine COmplain bitch about not getting it or being Kiled use /report ID Reason, it will go straight to the Administrators, If players Abuse this then they Will be Consequents
Drivers
Every civilian can become a taxi/bus/limo driver. To start mission you should chose the car you want to drive, get in and type /TAXI FEE, /BUS FEE, /LIMO FEE. Each driver choses himself which fee he wants to set. Each type of job has its limited amount of fee.
All taxi are located at the airports - the main spawn places for Argonath citizens. Limos are mostly in the richest and government areas, and buses are near railway stations and Jefferson hotel Los Santos.
If driver gets out of his car, his job automatically stops. To start it again, driver should type the command of fee everytime he gets in a car back.
Paramedics
Every big city on Argonath SAMP has its hospital and ambulance team. Paramedics can heal all other citizens: police officers and criminals, gang members and civilians. But they cannot heal themselves. From every heal of citizens paramedics get a salary.
Paramedics should always be in ambulance. When client gets in as a passenger, medics use the command /HEAL PLAYERID. Only when both, paramedic and pacient are in ambulance , this command will work.
For better organization of the ambulance system paramedics have their own radio channel. For using medic radio use command /RADIO TEXT or /R TEXT.
Robbery
Someone will suggest you a job: armed robbery. If you will accept this job, you will see a marked shop on your game map. Drive to the shop, get a cashbox and go to the next place, that will appear on your map - hideout. If the job will be completed - you will get a reward at the hideout place.
Be careful, every shop has an alarm, that will warn the police department about robbery. And you have to meet the officers of the law. Cooperate in gangs and prepare a getaway car.
As soon as you get the money from the shop, you will be suspected for armed robbery, and police can open fire, if you will not surrender. Prepare to meet cops even before you will reach the shop.
Streetrace
Street races take part in a country side, that is why not every fast car will be useful. The mission will be started as soon as the first racer arrives to the point. Other racers should reach the place in one minute since the first one arrived.
The track of the races will appear on your game map as red points, which you must reach. The winner gets money award. But also his name appears in a wanted list as illegal racer.
The difficult country roads can be not the one problem for racers. The police will be warned about illegal racing and can try to stop everyone, who takes part in it. Be sure, some cops are corrupt, and can be good payed to stop you by other competitors.
Step Five : Gangs
gangs Have Territories Like Real life, BUT if the Enemy Gang enters they Start shooting, On Argonath RPG Gang Wars Are not aloud Unless under Strickt Super Vision if they Commence under no supervision it is Out of control, the Guys who started will face Punishments.
Step Six: Criminals
You want to be a lawbreaker? Well you can. On Argonath there are 3 different levels of crimes. You can be suspected by the cops for a crime you comitted (RPG crime). Or if you kill an innocent player you will become a murderer. The worst thing you can do is killing a cop, and become instantly a copkiller.
If you want to attract attention of the Police Department, you can start to sell drugs, steal cars, run illegal busines, rob the shops and houses, sell not registered weapons and fake passports, work as hooker, break the road rules and etc.
Life as criminal is not easy. The cops will try to arrest you, as they will be rewarded if they do. The best thing is to give the cops a chance. Most people do not like runners, however a good chase is ok. But when you lose the car, don't get in to another one but give up or fight to death. For one chase criminal can change only 5 cars. Be closer to reality: no way to unlock cars for one second. So fight or give up to the Law.
Killing
Many citizens like to be chased by Police Department, but it does not mean, that you can start shoot every policeman you will see on the streets. Try to make funny and interesting crimes. Remember, that cops in our city are also players, who would like to enjoy the game.
If you are not wanted, there is no reason to attack policemen. Act like in real life. If you are a criminal you try to avoid the meeting with the law forces, right?
One thing you should know. If you die, your crimes will be gone. You re-incarnation will be crime free. This to avoid people who want to keep their crime level by suiciding when cornered by the cops.
Even as a criminal you have to continue role-play, don't do things that you would not do in real life. It means that such reasons for shooting, like "maniac, psycho" will be counted as deathmatch. And if you are a psycho in real life - better go to the doctors or visit other servers, created for psychopatic killings.
Step Seven: Hitmen
So you want to be a hitman? And you go around the streets shooting people and telling them "I shot you because I am a hitman"? Bad move, you will be labelled a deathmatcher and be kicked or banned.
Then how can you become a hitman? First of all you need to find someone who will hire you. That means that they, while the target of the hit is in game, must put out a contract for a hitman, or hire you to kill the target player.
Then you can go to the target and kill. And do not forget to collect your reward as soon as you killed your target.
And remeber that the best hitmen are invisible, do their job suddenly and without causing a lot of noise or fire, and do not make any damage to other than their targets.
The hitman rules
Your hitman reward should be send after finishing job. In other way, if admin did not find the fact of your paying, he can punish you for attacking without a reason. Hitman can be hired by every person. But only for the proper reasons. Such reasons like "I do not like him" are not counting as correct hitman contract.
Also the hit is a one-time only contract. If you are killed by the target, the contract is off and you need to negotiate a new contract. Follow these rules and you are a hitman. Disobey them and you are a deathmatcher.
