I don't watch WWE anymore so sorry if I have mistaken anything. But still, last time I watched WWE, I didn't hear of Rock or any other returning wrestler. Boxing is real too. Yet in many cases the loser knows which round he will lose before the fight starts.
As for blood, sorry I do not enjoy something where people try to give the other lasting damage. Apart from that, most of the blood is done by blading.

Scripted or not, WWE was fucking awesome back in the early 2000s. Some of the storylines and moves they did were simply stunning. Unfortunately there's hardly anyone unique in either roster now, and the storylines are repetetive and damn right corny.
