Posted on: December 01, 2007, 03:56:04 PMNow for Some Gang bussiness . I have noticed that Maxy isnt getting the respect he deserves as Co-Leader from some of our members . Now I know Sama and I sometimes say to him listen you are no leader , BUT that Only means he can not give US orders , if you are on a mission with maxy and he sais JUMP you say : How high SIR as Co leader he outranks all but Sama and me  .

Now I know we said we would not be arrogant leaders and that we give our members a voice ; BUT we are a Mafia and in a mafia you follow orders when given . we always try to talk together , but when on a mission the succes of that mission depends on us working together and for people to follow orders . when bullets are flying there is no time for debate , its time to listen to your leaders and get the job done .

So I hope those who this is about will know themselves and change their attitude . Maxy is one of the best people we have and although he can be impulsive at times he didnt get the co leader position without a reason ..

Could all members please post or pm me a link to their Forum profile (like this , I use my own in the example ::: http://www.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1175) Just press view profile in YOUR POST NOT the nav bar ! and copy / paste the url on a post /pm (its the symbol in the most left corner of your posts)

I want to make all the member names on the first post links , when you click on the name you will be linked to the forum profile of the member It would save me a lot of work if all do their own .
 this way if you need to contact someone you can easily find the profile .

Accepted as enforcer I cant put you on a trial , we worked together many times , so I dont need to test you

We where testing some people to become the new Lieutenants, we have tested you I havent said how I tested you but I did afther these test's the best ones where.
