Eh Maxy is right he has those rights only for KICKING members there will be some sort of tribunal , for the most other things he is free (within the boundaries of policy i will set together with the leading ranks  ) I hopped that I was clear when I said he only hass to answer to ME guess that i wasnt 

to clarify maxy can Accept on trial and full membership  make alliances , boss everyone around like SAMA (jioke but true ) and make bussines descisions

For Promotions to higher ranks , kicking from Solonik  we will have the tribunal meeting with one exeption , I reserve for myself veto right and In special situations I will promote people allone (if its so clear we dont need to meet )on that account the following

Tomorrow morning, a island is gonna be placed, i wont tell the location now, and Sama,, STFU about the location
and i gonna own it with a house on it, and "docks" and somewaterfalls and Surfing boards and some Soda machines and stuff
