Where do you get your news from? I use these sites:

The Independent: Really nice neutral articles. Always a nice source for when a very important event happens. Also, it keeps me updated about news around the world since the networks here don't.

Al Jazeera: I personally think they have bias-free articles/ reports but some have reported that they do. They have a giant amount of articles and reports, not to mention that they have done some superb documentaries and they have a great 24/7 stream.

Russia Today [RT]: Great news stories that cover everything and is usually very accurate/ bias free. Similar to Al Jazeera, they have a live stream that you can watch. Also includes some really eye-opening news stories.

BBC A respectable news outlet, but not my preferred. Great to check up on, though.

NMA.TV (English Edition of NMA): A very entertaining news outlet which presents everything in humorous 3D animations. Some stuff might be offensive, but is still very funny.

Encyclopedia Dramatica: THIS SITE IS NOT SAFE-FOR-WORK! 18+
When something big happens, I know that Encyclopedia Dramatica will also report on it in a very harsh look, which I usually find funny. If you like The Onion but want something even more extreme, you'll probably enjoy some of the news related stuff that's on here. Please note that ED is not only a news site but also a site of archived Chan-Lore, so I'd be careful and would NOT browse this while at work, if you're underage, easily offended, squeamish, have a light stomach, or other similar reasons.

The Chicago Tribune: I only browse this since I live in Chicago and it offers more in-depth stories about where I live. Not really a good site to get international news, in my opinion.

In my opinion, stay away from FOX, MSNBC, and CNN. Those are the worst news outlets and have a LOT of bias, not to mention that they make the US look bad.

Its time to grow up guys and stop spreading shit daily.

I've never understood why people, especially those not from the UK trust the BBC so much. It's party owned by the government, and if you watch tv, you pay a TV licence, of which the money goes to the BBC. They tend to have quite a lot of discrepancies in the news reports and miss out key info often. But then again; it's only really an issue in the UK. It's often (obviously) very pro-uk and has very selective reporting, and tends to miss out things here and there.

But granted.. on a whole, it is a fairly reliable news source.. most of the time, which is why I do use it pretty often, just have to chop trough the bullshit they put out sometimes.

The Guardian can be very Left wing when it comes to politics, which isn't a bad thing, but the only people in the Left wing they really support is Labour, even though they are Centre-Left. As a whole though, when not close to elections, they are a great paper and pretty reliable.

Al Jazeera are great as a source of information and are pretty reliable.

I like the Associated Press, they are very reliable and have little bias.

The Independent is great and they generally include little-to-no opinions on things.

But then again, seeing they are not bias isn't really accurate, all news sources are bias. It's just how predominant they make it.

I hardly see any source lying or shooping stuff except al jazeera
but again, it's up to you to interpret the news, you don't need them to give you theirs
if you do then i'm sorry for you

This is a board for serious discussion and I put across some points I had regarding some sources others had mentioned. I gave my opinion and view; the idea of this board.

Be careful. While they at times have good stories, in general this is the Fox News for Russians.
