Graphical mod request (A large one!)

For me it's hard to look for something worth the weight...

What i am looking for is:
- A complete and improved retexture of San Andreas, more high-quality and stuff.
- (OPTIONAL) A good snow-version of LV/BC/TR
- Cars, lots and lots of cars. Preferably a package that replaces them all with good ones.

I already got better roads. Been thinking of ENB and SRT anyways.

For first, get SRT 3.7.

REMEMBER! To use GAMI to install and uncheck everything other than the textures , EVERYTHING if you want to use it on SA:MP, Keep only textures (the first group) checked.

About the car mods pack, Don't get any, if you need it for SA:MP, Don't. It will only corrupt your game, instead install them one by one using SAMI.

yeah one-on-one install is better. however. how much car-mods could a game carry? (say every car can be replaced)
Think i'll give SRT a spin, ENB made my game impossible to start.
