I've tryed to log on server few times and it says "The server is not responding.Retrying..."
I don't know what is the problem. Please help me.

You're probably running SA-MP 0.3d, you must download and install 0.3e

Yeah, i was using 0.3c i think.Didn't hear that 0.3e is released.
