It's not even a debate. Being all hyped up about loosing e-money is just a pretty obvious way to show their own immaturity.
Shit, if I was still 13, it would mean something to me as well. When you grow older, you get a different type of perspective of things; even things that you even saw as incredibly important turned into not-so-important.

In my honest opinion, I could care less about money that I earned in a computer game. I only made this topic for the people that DO complain. Reset it today, I'll have no problem.

No sir! They filed for bankruptcy, then used a cheap-tactic to take its recipe and make in under a new name. They are still made, in America. And if its made in america it uses bad shit to make it last a nuclear fallout.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapter_11 - is what they filed. They keep the business, as they are still trying to save it. However, it gives them time to avoid paying shit.

Pretty sure Ronnel already hit the nail on the head.

The creation of a script to copy DINI flat-file over to MySQL would be easy, sure the execution may take some time; but with the skill that is required to make a GM, a task so simple wouldn't be a problem. But that isn't the problem. There is no problem, its just time to throw in the white towel and start over, not just for new players to "catch up".

I can se it being upsetting to players who have been saving up for a large business or something, only to find they have to start again... Some places like Casinos are pretty pricy, and I know a few people who have been saving up for them.

But the fun is they will get to save again, and probably even get the chance to buy their favourite business before huge buyouts set in.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

Well here's the one problem, these people might go in main chat that they are leaving Argonath, then they will come back and play as normal.
