I joined the server after a couple of months of inactivity, Kessu entered and banned me. I'd like him to clarify the reason more thoroughly.

Last time you left the server, you advertised another server's IP after a warning of a ban and left immediatly after your last advertisement. Since then there's been a pending ban on you and now you have received it.

I see, I remember that. A Vice Underdog training session was going on, and I was trying to invite the VU's on argo to join it. I remember acting in a bit of trollish and childish way, didn't really think it was such a big deal. Any chance of getting an unban, or is this a done deal?

First of all you need to understand that advertising servers not related to Argonath in any way is just not allowed at all. Also as you mentioned, you've been acting "trollish & childish" when you were on the server which made us to make the decision of banning you.

Just stay patient and understand what you did.

Oh yeah, with help from the server logs I caught you spawning weapons back in December.

Lying doesn't help your case here, but I'm sure you already know that. Server logs of the 31st of December clearly show you not using either /c getwep or /c buywep once and I and other witnesses can confirm you using several weapons that day such as rocket launchers and sniper rifles. I didn't do anything about it immediately though, because funnily enough I'm nice person. I knew how desperate you were at the time, seeing as your group were getting absolutely hammered and so I let it slide. Though seeing your still going to deny it and try playing the innocent tells me you're a dishonest person who can't be trusted. For that reason, this request is drifting to a denial.

I have already mentioned what information the logs hold. It's really not that difficult to understand. I found it strange at the time finding you using such weapons when you were -$10,000 in debt. After both I and aXXo checking the logs of that day we found that you were clearly spawning rocket launchers and snipers because:

• You were in debt and did not buy any. (No use /c buywep)
• Your HQ did not hold any of the specified weapons or had any history of those weapons being stored. (No use of /c getwep)

That day I (and others of course) saw you get RPGs and snipers from the Pole Position roof, acting like you was taking them from your HQ. The logs clearly show that those weapons were never stored in the HQ, neither bought. You were hacking by spawning those weapons that day. If you have forgot that you used such hacks, then I doubt you cared about the consequences at the time. This is why that even though you have been banned for something else, this will affect your chances of an unban.
