Public beta tomorrow?

Well, sometime today I heard that the public beta was gonna be released tomorrow if the beta testing went well today. Now, is this true or just a false rumor? I'm not really sure because last month, the same thing happened and we ended up all sad. Anyway, is this true?

''Public test of server will open on Sunday, that is if all goes well''

then he added i think

'' and you can bet it will be on 0.0.2''

that last part was phrased differently but i am sure i heard thats what he meant

I heard only Aragorn saying that if all goes well, they will start
