Enquiry regarding rules dont know where to post this

ok well i just got temp banned for deathmatching by WS Mash and i just want clarification on the rules, since i dont know where to ask for that ill just post it here and hope it can be clarified.

Ok firstly ill explain the sitaution: we were at market ( corleone and Gstar ) and i recived a phone call from A guy syaing he wanted to organise a brawl between his group and mine, so we rped on the phone and we arranged a meeting at ganton, we proceeded there and then rped searching for the guys who called us, after about 30 seconds we found them and they found us and both groups started to brawl, a second later we all get temp banned for deathmatching, I want to know whether the rp oragnised brawl was incorrect and how.

This is whne mash starts to punish us:

Oh can i also state that duel was present at the whole situation and he pmed Mash saying the situation is under control but he was ignored and mash continued and temp banned a few of teh people that where with me too.

Id like to say this is not a complaint against anyone i just want clarfication on the situation. If any admins have time to check this out if mash you cna post your viewpoint here it would be apreciated.

You can not attack another group without a reason.
The reason in here was "We are rivals" regarding to Lesane_Bryant (who also got punished).

Every group has their rivals, but that does not mean you can go and attack them everyday, nor organise fights because you feel to do so.

Mash, in my point of view, we all got untruthfully tempbanned, They started calling us to get our asses over to ganton. When we came they arrived on their Sanchez's. All of us got out of our cars and walked over Lesane, they took out their bats, and Xterm Started to speak with Lesane_Bryant. At one point i saw Lesane's friend taking out a pistol and Xterm gave us permission to start the fight. About halfway down, i was the first one who get a tempban for Deathmatching...

He called us stating that his guys were waiting and wanted to meet us followed by shit will get real, which is just roleplay. when you RP a cop you speak respectfully in dialogue and equally when you rp a gangster you have to rp non respectfully to each other like 'shits about to get real son'. Doesnt necesarily mean anything.. When we got there both gangs spoke to each other dissing each other and this worked its way up to physical violence being used in the form of fists and baseball bats, which is roleplay. How can a gangster be roleplayed any other way? If you verbally abuse each other and escalate the situation whats going to happen? both parties just be like "lol that was good roleplay bro cya later". ofcourse not? thats when the fist fight broke out, which would have entailed more RP such as 'Xterm collapses onto the pavement' etc etc. Ambulance is called etc etc. It doesnt necesarilly lead to death.

ok i understand but tehre was no guns involved at all you can even see me say in cb this is a rped fist fight, we didnt have intentions to go tehre and cause a shootout.

An admiin was alreayd present at the time for the whole time(Duel was there on his UC  account) and he didnt see a reason to temp ban us how did another :s
