If you get permbanned on VCMP,  for now just post the unban request in the vice city unban section. But I sure do hope the VCMP section is made because it's not good to mix up MTA and VCMP.

Use the "[VCMP]" tag so admins know what Vice City server it's on should be same with MTA till a VCMP Unban section is made.
