I don't quite understand... Is it not possible to start fresh, and use existing database? while the scripts is wiped? I mean.. start all fresh, but add the current player database? For vehicles and money? Cause my owned vehicle list is longest of all players in the history of Argonaht's IVMP... and if that would disappear.. I would be very angry... As money didn't came easy..

in short words, if the crashes dont dissapear with a fresh code, the databases has to be rebuilded cause we suspect the problem is somewhere inside them, since databases changed on the upgrade, code did not.

And if that includes account reset, we cannot avoid doing it

How about a service in forums: To request Individual accounts restoration? If account wipe would occur, couldn't we make a post in a topic in forum for a request to restore manually 1 entry from old database to the fresh one? I can imagine that the number of requests would be manageable.

You are talking about visual money here .. Server isn't and will never be about visual money, but enjoying RPing.

It's not about the money and assets after all, it's only the roleplay that matters.

I clearly understood that, but if wipe would exist, I'm suggesting to those who are active to keep their stats. do such "manual backup extraction" for a month, and then whats wiped thats wiped.. so i would imagine only MAX 200 stats would have to be manually restored.

If we do a reset, everything will be wiped, you wont get to pick and choose what stays. It will ALL go.

This reset wont be the first or the last one to happen on Argonath.

It happened multiple times on VC:MP, IV:MP, and also soon on SA:MP, where people has millions and millions.

So .. I suggest you just accept the fact of the reset, and I don't think the management would do such exceptions.
Reset goes over everyone, not just a number of people.

As far as I know max. cars that one player can own is 10.
