admin kicks

Okey firstly i want to say this is not moaning topic or something, i want discussion without provoking, and some explainations.


Today i said something that was joke : an admin kicked me though i was the one who got disrespected.


After 5 seconds i got kick for reason : [email protected]
Why they need to kick us for that reason? Since we know the email, and no need to kick us just can PM us.
Thisis not moaning or something i just want to know why they do that.

First of all I explained you the reason for your banana. However, you didn't like it, so you started a moaning discussion with me. In this "discussion" you started provoking me that now all of a sudden I was the one thinking you are a "noob". I kicked your for provoking administration and gave you a chance for a small cool down break.

You come back and said in reaction to my kick, let me quote: "eh those kids these days". For which you got kicked again, this time by doggi, including the complaint email.

Conclusion: you needed calm down period and instead of that you started provoking the administration. Report to the mail: [email protected] if you don't like our actions.

Yes i know that you kick players to Calm down, by have u ever been in situation of player and get kick for nothing, that thing pisses him off not calming down. Talkin from experience

Yes the previous stiuation made me to open this discussion. But this is not first time that happend to me or someone else. So yea im not moaning or something about that situation i just want some explainations by higher admins, or something so every player will know and there will be less moaning.

Make sure to remember that we are not robots, we are human just like you, and we also have feelings of anger which we try to keep out of the game in order to keep our duty... So next time you are furious towards some administrator, remember that you are not the only one in that place. We also have headaches for a few players who just keep ignoring our orders when told not to, but we don't go out there expressing our rage and flaming.

It only occured once in my entire career on Argonath that I've had a dispute with an administrator about kicking me, which was earlier this year.

I reported the issue and as I believe I'm in my full right, the right actions will be taken to prevent this administrator from doing the same again. In this situation, I did not post any topics like this nor complained about the administration team as it still remains a dispute between two people and not a war between one person against an entire team.

[email protected] was used aswell as a personal notification to a few Community Leaders and I'm sure the situation is sorted out as we speak.
However, if you go back online and disrespect by saying 'kids these days', then you are clearly on the wrong path and you may need to adjust your behaviour instead of shoving the problem to the admin's responsibility.

I have some of you on MSN, cDa u think so or something, but you are always busy so not answering, sent a complain never got respond to any of them but never mind lets go to that one. Well its not if im happy or not from what admins said, they didn't answered and they quite was going for argue.

And no need for the situation that happend, kick kick what ever, i logged after 30 seconds, but the problem is that they reputation is ruined

Yes i know you are not robots, yes you keep the anger out of the game and instead of yelling at them u kick them which u make them anger

The problem is when u log after some punishment and u try to change the subject and if the admins doesn't like it they think the words you just said after the logging is for them. In my case i logged and said that yes, but i didn't continued and one admin involved and i got kick or something like that don't really remember i forgot. Since im not talking about my situation, im talking in general

I dont see hpw that breaking a rule. There is no way to even prove who thats directed at, for all an admin could know, it could have been a continuation of a conversation with someone else.

I have always been against kicks, seeing as they do nothing but agrevate people and the only difference between a kick and a warn is the 3 seconds it takes to hit the connect button. If they don't calm down after a warn, tempban them, as no one is going to calm down in the short time it takes to relog.
