Why they even doing those attacks? You attacking a game, which is like just form of spending free time and than they tracking you, reporting to the proper institution, finding you and you risking becoming a criminal in real life which comes with:
- no work in government institution(you are registered as a person which had already troubles with law)
- troubles in school(yes most of them are still going to school)
- serious problem with real life police(they finding stuff on your PC you didn't wanted them to find)

..and what for? What's the purpose?

But ye, they are mostly failing by showing themselves which makes it easier to track them

Or perhaps a tehnical problem. Why would anyone go to a rip-off Argonath? And trouble with the LAW? I'm sorry but, seriously. Since when does the 'LAW' care about an internet community, especially a game community.

If it was an action of a copycat Argonath server; the forums would probably be blasted by advertisements.

I'm sorry but, seriously. Since when does the 'LAW' care about an internet community, especially a game community.

Hacking a website/forum/pc/any kind of account and such are counted as a crime.
For example here in Sweden you can get around 8 months in jail for hacking a Facebook account
