IVMP problem...

Cant launch IVMP , i get it after screen getting black ready to launch the game.

Run "LaunchIVMP.exe" in compatibility mode for Windows 98/me & as an Administrator. 
I had ths issue first time launching IV:MP and this had fixed it.

Emm... Another problem.. If i launch GTA IV with compactibility mode as you said, IVMP works, but its VERY LAAAGGGY.... Not how its supposed to be
But if i launch it without the compactibility mode, it would give me that error...

Any solutions? -_-

I have never had any major lag issues so I can't really help you there.  Try the IV:MP forum better help can be provided there, mght also find your answer has already been answered as someone else most likely has/had the same problem as you.

I suppose you mean FPS lag, turn down the water quality and also turn off shadows, that might help.

It's not that.. It's because of compactibility mode, i get lag with compactibility mode in Singleplayer too, also the audio is messed up, but when i turn off the compactibility mode, it works just fine on maximum
