dude, either you teach people how to roleplay and follow the rules, either start making more admins and more comprehensive ones, or you gonna start to loose a lot of old school rper's. 

I know that those kids now don't know and don't really care about the rules and the friendship people use to made on these servers, but i do! and every single day, I see major rules beeing broken. you gotta do something about this or it's gonna start to decline!

i want the old argonath rp servers back!

Administrator team is a small group of the server. If you wish to change the current status I advice all of you to help us instead of say "It isn't my duty to teach".

You're just falling in false accusations and moaning. It is your duty, as a guy that enjoys the server to teach to new players to get started.
Moaning in the forums won't help.

PM the new person, tell him what rule he broke and how bad it is. If he repeats, report to an administrator and he can be clarified again.
Still doesn't listen? Then there is a problem, not before that.

The Old Argonath Server contained also new players, if you wish to say it was better earlier, then don't forget to think about the time you were probably moaning back then aswell, since new guys were always present in the history of Argonath.
Some of those guys I teached about Argonath are now Administrating the server or very well respected, maybe you should do the same.

Waste of time? I think this topic is a bigger waste of your time than teaching a new player, which generally takes not longer than writing this message of yours.
