[fixed]unable to initialize graphics

1 Year ago I had Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4, I had lots of fun with it but I mastered the game and unistalled it. Today I dowloaded it again and I installed it like before but the game doesn't run anymore. it says this.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 was unable to initialize graphics engine.

Any solution? I would like to play again :P

Vista Home premium, processor intel pentium dual cpu T3400 2GhZ
3GB RAM
directx 10

It's a pretty old game, so I guess it's having trouble running along with Vista/7.. not sure though - but worth trying.
