There is no need to talk about forum style if there is templates' chooser...
I already said, that we will add new templates, and you can choose whatever template you want - bright, dark, black, red even rainbow and clouds...

As for the current default theme - it is perfect for discussions and portals with a lot of news and comments rotation... Dark font on white paper is natural for catching what are you reading and even for eyes...

I can assure you, when we moved to the dark theme of Argonath forums long time ago there were the same topics and all were moaning about forums being too dark... So it is just a matter of being used to...
As for the current colour it has the best balance between Dark and Bright styles... I am sure you will understand it later...

Anyway, there will be different templates and we'll try to set one of Argonath old theme colours...

It's just a matter of getting used to it IMO. When we changed to the previous design, I hated it at first, but the more I used it, the more I loved it

I love it. I guess everyone saying it's "too bright" is always in a dark, stuffy room, with no lights or something. As I type this, I'm in a well-lit office, and it sits fine with me. Well done guys!

Well, I'm going to give the default theme another go as initially I quite liked it. Besides, the CC theme seems to be a little broken in certain areas.

I believe that's the right place so i'll leave my rant, the forum theme is alright even though i'll have to take a while till i get used to it.. but there's a slight problem, as i tried to modify my profile, there's just no way to do it, i guess it's something with the forum permissions for the MTA:VC Moderator or any other rank i might have.. here's a screenshot:



The ''Forum profile'' is supposed to be between Account Settings and Look and Layout as Fuzzy sent me a screenshot of his, with no problem at all. Could it be checked?
