Then that is a concern you need to contact Managers about in a positive, friendly manner. Let them know personally of your situation and ask them for advice. If they tell you to report it via the email, do so. Don't sit there generalizing them and flaming them because you do not agree with them. I know it's not easy when you feel abused to cooperate with that, but you need to be at least trying. Bringing it up here to ****-talk admins behind their back is only going to cause more problems for everyone.

True or false, does it really matter? No one is allowed to break the rules in the community. Why should anyone be given an exception to that?

If users want to complain, there are various email addresses they can use, as per the rules. Else, they need to keep it to themselves and be polite to all users...admin or otherwise.

Seems like you never learn a lesson from your past mistakes, even after several feedbacks have been given to you by others. I guess that's just the way you are. Pity for you.

1. If it is hard for you to send an email, then I cannot imagine how difficult it is for you to moan about the administration, considering both actions require you to type the same words.
2. If they are busy, resort to the emails. Complaints about admins are not time-sensitive. You don't need a quick response regarding them.
