Hello I would like to ask a question on the fourms. It is about Robbing random people in the streets or anywhere else for that matter. This is how me and my friends would commit a robbery, first we would apporach the alone target and ask as if we was friendly guys just saying hello "Are you armed at all mate" then if they was to say yes then we take our desert eagles and knifes somewhere else. But if they are not armed this is what happens. They are first dragged out their car and then are told to put their hands up and dont move a fucking muscle, and if you do move you are shot dead by the three people pointing deagles at you. If they hand over a small ammount of money straight away then we just tend to leave them be, but if they try to stall we take them somewhere remote (Where no one can hear them scream) then demand the money ($500-$5000 depending on how they speak to us) if the money is handed over at the remote location then they are savagely beaten to low health then left to run back to the nearest town. But I was just wondering, what if whilst going through this whole thing and the person we target tries to shoot us or hit us and does not co operate and we suspect is getting ready to make a dash or does make a dash then would it count as dm if we was to kill them. ?

Its hard to make money and an hounest living nowdays crime is the only thing left to do.

Your example is a clear case of forced roleplay, alt. powergaming. I'd advice you to not focus that much on the dough, but yet exploring the scenarios of robbing. You don't have to get them killed, nor do you HAVE to get dough. It's all about having fun and making up good roleplay scenes which will allow you both to enjoy and be pleased during the scene.

Once you roleplay without having the greed of getting money while you rob, kidnap or whatsoever, you will finally realize the true greatness of roleplaying.

Try to rob me :)

I earned about 8,000$ together from robberies in 1 day of roleplaying with Rapture. Considering robberies can't be literally forced, try beating it.
Que personally I don't think it's forced roleplay, if someone starts running or fighting back it's just like in real life really. Running - try to catch (drive near the person and spam /s FREEZE OR WE'LL BLAST YOU) if doesn't comply, shoot. If shoots back, well I don't think it's hard to figure out what to do then

Once you try to involve the other individual in the roleplay scenario, not aiming for the only one and single end of it (get money, or kill the individual), I'd accept these type of robbings/kidnaps.  But here, the whole process is typically like the cop scenario when they pursuing across the map killing them orange names. It's the same thing basically. None of them gains the real joy of roleplay and it's more a way of having a reason for deathmatching than anything else.

Like I've always said.

If you can RP a robber(or criminal) without having to fire a single round, you win.

A few(2-4) dead cops + escape, still winning. This is still GTA and if RP'd properly, minor deaths are acceptable.

Mass Shooting spree, you loose.

I don't respond any more to kidnappings honestly, cause it always turns into a shoot-out,
if I wanted and Cops V. Criminals, I'd go on a cops and robbers server, I come on this server to.... Roleplay.

naturally if you're robbing a balla with nothing and he's at 20 hp it's most logical to leave him alone; but if the person you're robbing is some rich-ass in 2k armor with 10k worth guns he realizes it would be better if he'd pay up instead of trying to run after he dies

I totally understand your point if I would do that I'd kill everyone due to not paying enough and I never do that (only exception was when somebody paid me 1$ and said something like 'should be enough' then ran away, since it was clearly provoking in RP sense more or less) the biggest point about getting money from robberies is getting mutual respect unlike non-mutual showing-off-power yet it's best combined both

for example I always try to outnumber and outgun the victim while acting very politely to make him realize it's better to pay up

I'd rather extort an individual then rob him..I never have agreed with the shooting of an individual for running from a robbery..I'd rather come back at a later date and kidnap him and torture him for running to show him a lesson that you don't run from certain individuals..but thats just me.

If they ran away from a robbery in the first place so they will if you attempt to kidnap them.

If they take the running way out I just won't RP with them any longer..it's a waste of time.

If they cooperate, reward them by being nice and letting them decide how much they will be robbed of.
If they do not want to, just let them go. People will respect you more if they can get away from you without being killed.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

We do try our hardest not to kill people,. But unfortunately until I get the money for a nice place then most rp situations are to do with the money involved. I do still take role-play into account when robbing people if I was going to get robbed how we rob people I would have thought it would be a laugh, and not take the risk of dying.

You seem to be hungry for cyber satisfy of items and money, people with such attitude are worst roleplayers. Even barely speaking English speaker roleplaying awfully still have more respect than such case.
