Put their own words in their mouth and there will be no business. I believe you died in the roleplay so the same roleplay can't be brought up again, as it's over because you died.

Regarding your temporary bans I issued last night. It was legit and you deathmatched aka attacked without a reason. If Gvardia deathmatch you, do you think it's logical that you will revenge on them with the same tactic? You hate to be deathmatched, why do you then deathmatch instead of leading by example?

Your bans was valid and there will be no discussions regarding them. You break the rules, expect to be punished. This applies to EVERYONE. Sooner or later rulebreakers will be cought, that is for sure. I can also promise you this... If you play with honesty and respect, you will be the winner in the very end.
You will not gain anything positive by breaking the rules. We can not catch every rulebreaker, even if we want. The complaining from players about how useless we are isn't gonna help any part, it will just make the situation more worse for your self.

Lead by example. Stay calm if being deathmatched, do not go along with it. Refuse to be the victim and point fingers at the rulebreakers. You will be nothing else then a rulebreaker and deathmatcher if you reply to a deathmatch act. Is that the title you wish to have?

This is not place to cry and moan Admins, Gvardia did RP, they own San Fierro all of us know that, if you didn't complyed with them , they killed you and your family, Its RP , if you are not able to Do a RP just /q and dont come saying admins dont do nothing, its easy.

What Gvardia did was RP.

  No it is not RP to kill a whole group because they did not agree on something. Seems like lame excuse just to DM them really. Ofc this might not be the case at all however that's how it is.

As I said before ... there are many RP opportunity for those to RP as gang. And it does not involve killing every other group because they don't say you are the king or some other childish reason. Should not have to fight to death over some small thing, and certainly should not start never ending war between groups with revenge killing (Evans). Move on, lead by example.

I at no point said what Gvardia did was correct.

You can't just go along shooting people because they told you to leave the city.
The reason Gvardia members came along is to show supremacy, to show they run the city, basically telling you to stay out of their way.
They had warned you to leave San Fierro and you declined their request which led to them killing you and your members.
The way you went about attacking them is seen as deathmatching as you never had any roleplay involved, simply went along and shot at them.

Then please explain how roleplay was involved when Gvardia attacked them.

It should be either punish both parties or none, both basically did same deal to eachother yet, IMO, it looks completely unfair towards Evans family, especially considering they're newbies, Gvardia members should know better since they are Veterans of this server, group-wise, so to speak.

What I can make up of this, is that you were simply tempbanned because of ignoring Zaila completely. That is your own offense and Gvardia doesn't get to take the blame for that.

On the other hand, I see why you all are frustrated and there are definatly more convient ways to show who's "boss" in San Fierro, but then you should've also gathered some pictures of the incident and report them to the administration none the less.
I know that such incidents occur faster than you even think to push F8, but that is truly a recommendation for you. I nor anybody else not involved has an idea of what happened before that, so it is up to you to gather that evidence and to discuss it with an administration member after the incident if ingame no response was given during the incident.

I hope that this was a one time occasion as two groups in the same time can make up for a good roleplay, that is if both groups are open for roleplay to each other, which I do not doubt. Make up with each other and continue.

Read again, especially the part which you made bold, I never said Gvardia were correct, nor did I say the way they handled it was correct.
If the "Evans" had reported Gvardia for deathmatching they would have been dealt with accordingly.

Some days ago we (Evans Family) Bought a new HQ at SF. Gvardias came and told us that it's their city bla bla bla and told us to leave it because we didn't ask their permission. We said No and they DMed us in our own HQ. Admins did nothing to them but ok. Now we got armed and went to chase them because they are attacking us very often. When one guy came and carkilled us we started shooting him and admin came and stopped us. We told him that it's RP etc and he took our weapons. Now we are all Tempbanned for that. Just one question : Why can EVERYONE attack us without punishment and when we do something we get a ban?

The same thing has happened to my group (The Lombardi Mafia), but since I respect them, the RolePlay was on the high level and we moved to Las Venturas.
I believe that if we didn't, it would lead to a shootout (No any DM, the RP was on the high level, as I said), but since we agreed and started making plans about moving to Las Venturas, nothing has happened but another RP about informing them that we have moved out of their way.
If you RP being a big and powerful mafia (Like you do, but you're not), you will be shut down by the mafias who are actually powerful and you will have a lot of problems.


What you did, after they have killed you, was plain DeathMatching and revenge killing and you got what you deserved.

Well, as Lincoln said, since your family seems to be new, I don't recommend having any enemies. Yet, I believe from what you said that Gvardia's are wrong in this case, and should have tried to deal with this peacefully, and not resort to violence.

But I suggest that you try to set on table with Gvardia's and solve this peacefully, either way, your family might not stand up if it had enemies at it's beginning.

The topic has already started with a complaint that should of been forwarded to [email protected] (yes, I am stealing the foreword of admins that would recommend to do this. However I don't, I just mention because butthurt in this section is as bad.) with proper evidence so one of the higher ranked management would eventually contact you if it really is/was relevant. Now to remain frankly, I think that neither your group did good by revengekilling nor did Gvardia by misusing the fact that you guys were new to the city. Let's reconsider that there was a well known group called the Diablos that had as much impact as Gvardia while neither of them did anything. Why? Because there was mutual respect from the beginning, and that should have been shown from both sides at once.

EDIT : Why do former Gvardia members defend them by 100:0 if that is not the case (asking him in particular) ? Deal with your own matters.

You're so unlucky, I have spectated both situations and there was no any DM in both situations.

its Gvardia man... i dont think you can get them in trouble they have been doing this for a long time and they'll just turn it back on you. Personal experience. Just leave them alone and ignore them.. dont fight back.
