Problem about entering the server

The strange thing is that they entered the server yesterday from this site: http://www.game-monitor.com/sa-mp_GameServer/178.63.52.144:7777/Argonath_RPG.html but after that they again couldnt. I dont know pretty much about how the IP works (static, dynamic etc.) and i wanted to ask you if its gonna work with Maskmyip.

Opening the Argo SA:MP server through the links on the Game-Monitor site simply launch SA:MP and tell it to auto-connect to Argo's IP address. It does nothing more.

I've contacted my ISP today, they said there's no way they can give me a static IP because they only work with dynamic ones. I guess other ISPs from my country may offer static IP but I can't go to another since my contract with the current ISP isn't over. Looks like I'm screwed.

I wish that would be possible haha. Too bad I don't own a Wireless Router, will try to buy one in the future. I'll remain active on forums.
