Illegal Ads.

So here's the thing.
A while ago, we saw illegal ads everywhere. No one to stop them. Then suddenly, they were abolished. It was a good decision and seemed better for roleplay. People don't really advertise illegal stuff, you know.

But here's the problem. I think people should be allowed to advert concealed things. Like, Buying Green Tea. That is not illegal at all, but still, people who post such concealed adverts are punished.

Illegal Advertisment should not be allowed. Just like it is now.
But people may advertise things in a more hidden way.

The idea of not being able to advertise illegal items is so that people actually take initiative in selling/buying their product.

First to say:
I myself have never seen a rl add, saying they sell green tea, and actually  selling weed.
So why should it be different here?
But as illegal adds are forbidden, some people seem to pm everyone in server saying they buy/sell drugs. This isnt really an rp way, and People should actually talk to people using /l.
This makes it more rp-like , you have to make sure no cops near and you can rp more. So i think the only allowed way of selling drugs should be through real rp only.

The general idea as to why you can't conceal things in such a way is because users just constantly post extremely obvious things like that to bypass the rule on no illegal ads. Now if you really want to conceal it, while following what Gandalf said, here's what you do:

1. Advertise something that is not obvious, but offers a product that is a "cover-up" for your real one.
2. Make sure the thing being advertised you are actually selling.
3. Use the thing you are advertising as a "front" business for your real product.
4. To those who don't know about your real product you are selling, sell them the fake one you advertised to protect yourself.

This allows you to do both, make some roleplayed money, protects you from police suspection, AND still follows the rules without just trying to find an easy way to bypass them.

When making an advertisement to sell your drugs I take it as you are desperat. Why making an advertisement in public so everyone can see it? It just don't make you able to be scammed, but cought and hunted by the law enforcement. As you leave your name and number they should not have any issue to track and question you.

Instead, go on the streets, collect potential dealers that have a good reputation about dealing. Find a person everyone trust and have experience in the dealing. In this way you decrease the chance to be scammed and totally avoid the investigation by the law enforcement.

Want to advertise selling illegal items, heres an idea....Roleplay having a cardboard box on the side walk /s Selling Weed or Heroin if you get caught sucks to be you..the point of it being "illegal" means you have to find ways to sell it without law enforcement knowing...It takes a simple walk around Idlewood for you to find anything illegal you may need to buy and/or sell...
